The Federated Computer Research Conference assembles aspectrum of affiliated research conferences and workshops into a week long coordinated meeting held at a common time in a common place. Each federated group is a team of researchers working on specific areas of computer research, and is responsible for generating its own research funding.
Research
Research is conducted in teams of two under close supervision. ICR promotes cooperation among its researchers, and enhances the computer research environment by sponsoring seminars, organizing short courses for industry and providing post graduate scholarships to attract the best students to computer-related academic programs. The index can assist in most any subject investigation, research project, literature search, and more. “Our goal will be to take the results of our research and turn them into useful and usable tools for these high-end platforms. In addition, applications of this research may lead to better counter measures for space adaptation syndrome.
Computer
The model retains the advantages of the smaller conferences, while at the same time, facilitates communication among researchers in different fields in computer science and engineering. The IBM Corporation sought to expand potential uses and market for its highly successful personal computers, introduced in 1981. The Dedicated Notebook Computer Research Project is one of the actions outlined in the Quality Learning Agenda for the public school system. The project will allow the Department of Education to determine how computer technology can best be used to further support learning and teaching. “Research elsewhere has shown that providing dedicated computer access can have a significant positive impact on student. On the basis of the studies and comparisons made, the panel was charged to describe and analyze the interactions among the important components of computer science and engineering research, and between academic research and industrial laboratories. Described in this report are an application investigation and analysis effort, a revised and extended data base computer design, the required software structure, a performance analysis, and some access control and security considerations. The result is a framework for a special purpose computer that will significantly improve the users ability to manage the ever growing body of data characteristic of our modern technological society.
